Honey glazed pork chops

ingredients
1/2 onion chopped 1clove garlic 1t salt 1/2t pepper
1/4t basil 1/4t rosemary 2T salad oil 1T wine vinigar (red) 1med flank steak (cut in 1/8thick strips)
method;
mix all ingredients except steak in small bowl place steak in glass baking dish (poke holes in both sides to tenderize)pour mixture over steak and marinate for 2+ hours.
broil steak with mixture for 5 mins on each side. pour juice over meat to serve!
